How do I order?

You can either order directly from our website, email us with your order or call us toll free at 1-888-944-8841. Our toll free line is open from 11am to 8pm Pacific Standard time from Monday to Friday.

How do I pay?

You can pay on our website with credit card, debit card or with a Paypal account. We can also take Visa and MasterCard orders on our toll free line. If you would like to email us instead, we can take an order via email and send you an electronic invoice for the total which can be paid via credit card, MasterCard or Paypal. We also accept money order, cashiers checks, direct bank transfer and Western Union wire transfer, email us for details.

Do I have to pay import taxes or sales tax?

If you live in the USA, there is no import taxes because of the NAFTA Free Trade Agreement. There are no State taxes because we are out of state. If you live in Canada, there is 5% GST. If you live in BC, there is 12% HST. If you live internationally (UK, Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, etc..) there are no taxes charged leaving Canada, however, be sure to check your own countries importation rules and customs taxes to see if there may be some taxes incurred by your government.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you live in the USA or Canada, generally 5-9 business days from the date your payment clears for all products. If you live in UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America it will take 3-6 business days from the date your payment clears for tattoo kits, 7-12 business days for parts, supplies, inks, permanent makeup kits and tattoo machines.

How can I track my order?

For permanent makeup kits, power supplies and quantity orders of supplies, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipping. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters. For smaller items like needles, pigments and parts, we ship via Canada Post Small Packet which only has Canada Post internal server tracking and does not have consumer online tracking.

How does the warranty work?

All Perpetual products come with a 6 month Perpetual Comprehensive Warranty.  If you are experiencing problems with your purchase, please contact us at support@perpetualpermanentmakeup.com

Permanent makeup kits, quantity orders of needles/pigments over the weight of 500g, (e.g. 1 permanent makeup kit weighs 1.5 kg) ship via UPS Standard. Tracking email is sent to you within 24 hours of shipping, if you do not receive, please check spam folder. Typical shipping times is 6-9 business days.

Light orders of parts, needles and pigments are shipped via Canada Post (USPS) Small Packet USA. This service can only be tracked by Canada Post internal servers and does not have consumer online tracking. Typical shipping times is 6-9 business days.

Canada

Permanent makeup kits, quantity orders of needles/pigments over the weight of 500g, (e.g. 1 permanent makeup kit weighs 1.5 kg) ship via Canada Post Expedited. Tracking email is sent to you within 24 hours of shipping, if you do not receive, please check spam folder. Typical shipping times is 3-8 business days.

Light orders of parts, needles and pigments are shipped via Canada Post Oversized Mail. This service can only be tracked by Canada Post internal servers and does not have consumer online tracking. Typical shipping times is 2-8 business days.

International – Any country outside of North America

Permanent makeup kits, quantity orders of needles/pigments over the weight of 500g, (e.g. 1 permanent makeup kit weighs 1.5 kg) ship via UPS Expedited or Express (depending on the country protocols UPS has in place for that destination). Typical shipping times is 3-6 business days. Tracking email is sent to you within 24 hours of shipping, if you do not receive, please check spam folder.

Light orders of parts, needles and pigments are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet International. This service can only be tracked by Canada Post internal servers and does not have consumer online tracking. Typical shipping times is 7-12 business days.

Business day is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All shipping couriers count days by business days.

Warranty on Products
